Advantage Contact Center, LL (Advantage), respects the privacy of its clients and other visitors to its website. To protect online privacy, Advantage has implemented the following policy.

What Information Does Advantage Collect?
Data collected by Advantage is provided voluntarily by Advantage’s clients and website visitors. Such data is used to better service clients and to respond to visitors’ online requests. It is our policy to collect and store only information that our visitors knowingly provide.

This information is submitted voluntarily. Advantage asks Users to provide their name, company name, business phone, and e-mail. Disclosure to Third Parties: Advantage does not disclose client or visitor information to third parties, except in instances where clients or visitors have subscribed to an Advantage service or product that is distributed through a third party.

How Does Advantage Contact Center Use Cookies?

Advantage’s web hosting company, GoDaddy, uses cookies only to facilitate automated activity, store and track passwords, determine appropriate solicitations, and review navigation patterns. Cookies are not used to disseminate significant information about users over the Internet or to analyze any information that users have knowingly or unknowingly provided.
