C. Lee Tapp is the founder and general partner of Advantage Contact Center, a bilingual call center headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. With call center operations in the United States and abroad, Advantage Contact Center has provided and maintained exemplary customer service, exceptional quality and unparalleled compliance for its clients.

Over his career, Mr. Tapp has spent more than 28 years launching and spearheading the growth of call centers in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. He has an unrivalled track record for high performance as well as increasing sales and retention rates for clients.Formerly the owner of The Slater Group, Inc., Mr. Tapp managed the expansion of the company from 30 to 100 agent stations. He later sold The Slater Group to Scholastic, Inc., a Fortune 500 corporation that publishes and markets educational products. His excellent leadership and management skills also brought about unprecedented results for The Rape Crisis Center, a nonprofit organization that he led a successful cold calling fundraising campaign.Mr. Tapp also has an extensive background in the financial services arena having served as a Contact Center Consultant for Riggs Bank and First Government Mortgage, Inc. Subsequently, Mr. Tapp became President and Co-Founder of Financial Alternatives, Inc. (FAI), a mortgage company based in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. Licensed in eight states and the District of Columbia, FAI employed 10 loan officers whose collective monthly loan volume exceeded $25 million. The company also served as an in-house call center, which maintained over 40 agent call stations.

Mr. Tapp is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, the Direct Marketing Association and the Professional Association for Customer Engagement.
