To implement and effective multi-faceted annual giving campaign, Advantage starts with improving the quality of your alumni data pool. Our process includes:
- National change of address processing that goes back 30 years in your inactive alumni file to find recent and accurate addresses.
- Coding accuracy support system software that provides address standardization, including zip code, delivery point bar-code and carrier route information.
- Delivery point validation that confirms accurate delivery address information while pin-pointing inaccurate, incomplete and erroneous addresses in the files.
- Locatable address conversion system that provides an automated method of obtaining new addresses for addresses that have been converted by municipalities, usually after implementation of a 911 Emergency System.
Advantage’s email append service takes your file of alumni names and addresses to find current and deliverable email addresses. All alumni are provided an opportunity to opt-in to receiving email correspondence from their alma mater through an authorization letter reflecting your institution’s corporate brand.
Using multiple national White Pages databases, our automated phone append process adds current phone numbers to your institution’s alumni contact records.Directory Assistance repositories can be used in addition to various algorithms.
